Sessions for counseling or coaching are based on a 50 minutes clinical hour rather then a 60 minute clock hour. Payment is due each session. I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, check and cash.

Video Counseling and Coaching:  I do both video and phone counseling and coaching.  Video coaching is done via Skype or Facetime.  If you are interested in this service please let me know.

Initial Consultation: The initial consultation is the same as an ongoing session.  The cost for the initial consultation is $150. During this time we will discuss the problem and solutions, do an assessment for next steps and see if it’s a good fit to work together.

Ongoing Sessions for counseling or coaching: $150 per session.

Insurance: United Healthcare, and UMR insurance, Aetna, Cigna is accepted.   I provide clients with a statement to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement if they have other insurance carriers.

Cancellation Policy: Please call or email me a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment to reschedule. A missed session fee will be charged without 24 hours notice.
